Engages in operating and remotely piloting of the UAS. Perform pre-flight, in-flight, post-flight checks and procedures. Conducts site selection, emplacement and deployment of the air vehicles and ground equipment of the UAS. Participates in launch/recovery ground crew operations. Performs mission commander duties to include planning, analyzing and execution of reconnaissance surveillance, targeting and acquisition (RSTA) missions. Applies and assists in the military intelligence collection process and acts as a liaison to supported units. Operates, troubleshoots and performs limited unit-level maintenance on communication equipment, power sources, light and heavy wheeled vehicles.

Supervise the operation and administration of the Association in accordance with the management agreement and the Association's policies and procedures. Acts as the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed. Responsible for knowledge of all aspects of assigned associations including: Legal Documents, Financial Reports, Maintenance Responsibilities, Contracts.Prepare and submit initial annual budgets. Provide and/or oversee recommendations to the Association Board of Directors and committees regarding major capital expenditures as required to maintain the desired community appearance and operation. Administer and oversee contracts between the association and contractors, to ensure services are performed in a satisfactory manner. Assign work orders for routine maintenance/repairs and follow-up to ensure that work is completed satisfactorily. Solicit bids as needed. Facilitate meetings of the Association's members or Board of Directors to provide information, answer questions, give advice and obtain instructions. Minute preparation to record meetings. Conduct numerous weekly inspections of each community utilizing Company vehicle to determine: Condition of Grounds, Covenant Violations, Architectural issues, and Status of Work Orders. Maintain accurate, current logs to provide documentation for: Covenant Violations, Work Orders, and Architectural Requests.

Responsible for client intake and referrals, including the assignment of volunteers and staff to meet client requests for service of the SOS Handyman Chore Services Program.Responds to all requests for service by facilitating client intake and/or referring those requests not within the parameters of the Handyman Program to other providers.Coordinates and assigns volunteers and part-time paid handyman repair staff to meet the service needs of clients.Maintains current and accurate data base containing all information required and necessary for efficient reporting of the Program’s operations and services to internal departments and external grant agencies.Supervises all Handyman office and special event volunteers.Assists in the coordination, purchase, storage and inventory of any special tools or supplies, and monitoring of all expenditures for such.

Program Coordinator brings healthy play and physical activity to elementary schools to create a positive environment for learning and teaching. Program Coordinators are trained and placed at a school to run Playworks' physical activity program focused on teaching and organizing safe and inclusive games before, during and after school. Teaching conflict resolution strategies, inspire all children to get off the sidelines and into the game and work to generate more community and family involvement.Plan and implement sports and play based programming during recess, in school and after school hours at a public elementary school:Recess - Create a safe, fun, and inclusive playground by developing and modelling standard agreements for behavior and conflict resolution skills, teaching kids and recess support staff the rules and strategies of the games, and recruiting disengaged students to participate.Junior Coach Leadership Program - Implement a youth leadership program by facilitating student trainings and providing student leadership opportunities at recess. Junior Coaches participate in regular trainings that focus on teaching valuable skills like leadership, conflict resolution, inclusion and community action, successfully improving their self-esteem, self advocacy, leadership ability, and desire to improve academically.Class Game Time - Lead instructional time with individual classes throughout the year. During this time, the coach teaches foundational skills and activities that will prepare students so they can confidently engage in and enjoy recess.Sports Leagues - Lead non-competitive sports designed to develop skills, provide a positive experience, and teach good sporting behavior to students.Special Projects as assigned - In partnership with manager, lead the development and execution of strategic projects to further impact goals including but not limited to: curriculum development, evaluation support, and/or program modifications.

Resident Assistants (RAs) are undergraduate student staff who live in the College residence hall to help build strong and healthy residential learning communities which complement and extend classroom learning. RAs are expected to create residential environments that enhance student academic progress and success; to promote the intellectual life of the residence; to create opportunities for students to explore and clarify their interests, values and attitudes; to build inclusive and reflective environments in which differences of background and belief are explored; to provide referrals to appropriate support services; to participate in floor activities; to know and explain College policies; to be available to students, and to encourage student responsibility and accountability.

Provides information, including formal and informal orientation, to patients or family members regarding clinical programs and services including content, schedules, guidelines, etc. Assists counseling staff with assessment, both initial and ongoing, by data collection and direct observation of the patient and/or family within the therapeutic milieu.Provides addiction and recovery related psycho-education to individuals, groups, and families as assigned, as well as facilitating and/or coordinating community groups, in-house and outside 12 step meetings, and 12 Step discussion/study groups. Transports patients to 12 Step meetings and/or other therapeutic recreation activities as assigned. Assists Activities Services staff members with recreation, art, music, and adventure based therapies as assigned. Assists in monitoring, including making rounds as assigned, and managing patient community as a therapeutic milieu, holding patients and families accountable for behavior consistent with community guidelines and recovery.Intervenes in clinical and community crises in such a manner as to use crises for therapeutic value. Assists in de-escalation and management of crises, including performing CPR and First Aid as needed. Participates in team meetings, quality management teams, and treatment plan review as assigned. Documents pertinent clinical information into the electronic patient record.Transports patients and operates company vehicles within the guidelines of the Fleet Management Safety Program. Ensures that a welcoming, safe and healing environment is maintained for each patient and family throughout the continuum of care. Recommends ways to improve the quality and delivery of services.
