Over the past four years I have progressed from a Valet to an Operations Manager working at The Clarendon Garage location for Ultimate Parking in Back Bay, Boston. The Clarendon Garage is located underneath The Clarendon luxury condos and the One Back Bay luxury apartments. We coordinate the parking services for 100+ of the residents from these two buildings plus just under another 100 monthly clients who work in the area. The main aspect of my job requires me to meet and build relationships with our large client base. Split between: daily-transient parkers, monthly clients, and residents of the building. I take a great deal of satisfaction from the connections I make with our clientele and the families I have seen grow over the years. Along with the customer relationship management I also delegate responsibilities amongst the valet staff for day-to-day operations, assist in the scheduling process, train new valets and promote our monthly parking program.

Interned within the Trilia Media department as an Analytics Intern. Processed and cleansed data from Facebook Adsmanager, Google Adwords and other analytic platforms. Utilized software like DOMO to visualize data and develop insights for client's profiles and social media activities. Assisted in working on the Dunkin Donuts, Bank of America, and Great Wolf Lodge accounts. Also involved in the New Business Pitch competition working with a team of fellow interns to create a pitch for Annie's Homegrown.
