Mash Direct are the market leader in quality, convenient vegetable and potato dishes ranging from traditional accompaniments of mashed potato and champ to complete ready-meals. Our innovative range is steam cooked to perfection for the delicious taste and texture of home-made food. These are suitable for microwave and oven heating, free from artificial flavourings, preservatives and colourings and low in salt.Day to day duties would include, Automation, Design & Installation of new automated line, electrical & mechanical maintenance & supplier interaction. With my previous experience in a similar role, I am heavily involved in the tendering, design & construction of a new AD Plant on site.

Notably, I contributed to the significant expansion of the hospital campus through the construction of a 22-storey, 300-bed tower.Initially engaged as a Mechanical Engineer, my responsibilities quickly evolved to encompass a broader spectrum of project coordination duties. Beyond overseeing client modifications, I assumed the role of project coordinator for upcoming ventures.
