CurrentDrive initiatives to improve safety and reduce risk exposure by auditing waste accumulation, storage, movement, and handling. Mitigate risk exposure by training personnel on safety related topics and conducting regular EHS meetings. Implement practical solutions for long-term prevention. Conduct safety training on Hazard Communication, Fire Safety, Lock Out/Tag Out, and Bloodborne Pathogens with topics on Personal Protective Equipment.► Increase transparency into current risks by performing worksite and equipment inspections audits, root cause analysis, and accident/injury investigations, working in close collaboration with the team.► Cultivate a safety culture from the ground up while also working collaboratively with upper management to identify and overcome integration challenges. ► Ensure new processes integrate immediately► Manage the full scope of record management, coordinating Hazardous Waste pickups, inspecting storage areas, updating waste material profiles, liaising with Potomac Environmental, and updating SDS documentation for all onsite materials► Reduce deviations from safety targets by performing weekly equipment tests to ensure process control and maintaining preventative maintenance checklists.
