As a Director of Plant Operations, I work directly under the CEO. I oversee Maintenance, Housekeeping, Dietary, as well as most of I.T. work. My facility has passed all surveys, reports and inspections (Joint Commission, Fire Marshall, Insurance Companies, Corporate, and the Health Department) I join weekly meetings with the CEO and CFO to go over current and future projects. I have daily meetings with each of my departments to ensure tasks assigned are being completed and have an opportunity to see how each department is doing. I have experience with surveys and reports for Joint Commission, Fire Marshall, Insurance Companies, Corporate, and inspections by the Health Department. Well versed in codes and regulatory standards to maintain compliancy. I'm a member of ASHE, CASHE, AzCHER, and MyDEQ. As the Safety Officer; I do multiple presentations for NEO (New Employee Orientation). I manage and run monthly EOC (Environment of Care) meetings.
