Assess and coordinate various projects relative to the needs of the organization. Work focused on process and system improvements to create a more efficient and user friendly service to those served by Student Health. Work includes assessment, analysis, recommendation and development of implementation plans for improvements in patient access/triage/scheduling; assessment and efficiencies of work flow; assess customer service and patient feedback process; and review outcomes and impact reporting.

Responsible for oversight and management of all aspects of the Student Health Center (SHC) IT services, electronic health records and training, appointments, and patient access. Responsible for driving the technological integration of the organization's functional areas: business services, ancillary services (radiology, laboratory, pharmacy) clinical operations, and health information (records) departments. Establishes guidelines for, and generates, reports to assist in the analysis of data to improve service and revenue stream.

Manage implementations of electronic health records in colleges and universities, overseeing up to 30 implementations simultaneously. Provide expertise in setup, workflow and process definition to providers, clinical users and administrators. Facilitate communication between centralized I.T. departments, health centers and third-party vendors. Nurture strong positive relationships with current and prospective clients.

Developed print and web content for mass communication within the UNCG Community and surrounding public. Managed all systems, software and hardware for the Medical, Counseling, and Wellness Centers.
