Responsible for the end-to-end onboarding and Service Delivery of IMOS clients in the EMEA region. • Workstream and client lead for a full middle office migration of a client with over 600 funds and mandates across a broad range of asset classes that amounted to over $30bn AUM.• Worked with clients to develop their strategic post onboarding operating model and BAU processes like new mandates, fund launches, new counterparties and custodians.• Identified and documented manual bespoke processes, the associated risks and worked with product development to a solution and strategic fix. • Directed offshore processing teams in Manila and Bangalore. • Created new processes and immediate actions for trade related issues so they are resolved and processed under SLA.• Worked with product owners and used lived experiences to enhance proprietary systems within JP Morgan’s infrastructure that streamlined processes, solved issues and prevented client instruction error from effecting set up SLA.
