Served as Intelligence Officer and HHD Commander for the 151st Chemical Battalion in Gadsden, AL Managed the workload for 15 Soldiers at Battalion and ensuring all down trace units (1343rd, 208th, 1152/53rd) have their needs met and are prepared for any CBRN event. This included Quality Assurance evaluations, monthly, developing statistical information on progress of units and their current logistical needs. I consulted with Brigade with management of mission directorates regarding each unit’s responsibilities, deficiencies, and monthly control systems. Ensured down trace units understood the Operations Orders, Performance Work Statement, requirements and followed through with their responsibilities. The purpose of the FTE position is to ensure the Task Force is kept at a high level and that I retain current information on all aspects of the current mission to ensure complete readiness so that, in the event of a CBRN incident, we are prepared to respond within 96 hours. Successfully deployed to exercise Vibrant Response, Atterbury, IN in 2012 and 2013 with over 1,500 Soldiers. As Company Commander ensured all Maintenance is performed monthly on all 26 Company vehicles.

Ensure management is informed of status of resources and issues that could seriously affect the budgetary position. Serves as the Primary GFEBS Miscellaneous Pay/Processor for Utilities, tuition/certification fee reimbursement, and bills/fees. Analyze funding requirements and availability, gain necessary approvals, and create Miscellaneous Pay documents in GFEBS. Research all payment issues, submit inquiries to DFAS, and maintain oversight until the issues are resolved and payments are made. Prepare Funds Requests for contract Work Orders, oversee initiation until funds are identified for cost transfer. Provide notification to Contract Officer Representatives so work may begin. Provides timely, reliable, and accurate technical advice and information to co-workers and customers. Advice is based on personal knowledge, Federal regulations, and policies, established precedents and relationships among interested parties.

Followed requirements, input concepts, and followed doctrine for logistical support for assigned areas throughout ten different sections on Fort Rucker and Eglin, AFB LRC (Logistics Readiness Center). The Ammunition Supply Point (ASP) North and Rucker South, Central Issue Facility (CIF) Rucker North and Rucker South, Consolidated Installation Property Book (CIPBO), Supply Support Activity (SSA) North and Rucker South, Subsistence Support Management Office (SSMO), Fuel Lab, and Property Management Office (PMO). Conducted monthly internal and external audits within each section. Conducted reports in order to produce and develop statistical data and sampling plans via monthly CDRLs and LRR Data. Ensured areas understood performance objectives, as written in the Performance Work Statements (PWS). Consulted with management, Leads and the Program Manager on mission directorates regarding section’s quality responsibilities, control systems, process improvements, and problem areas. Provided technical advice to all Leads to affect corrective actions and improve processes. Routinely provided Leads with information ensuring PWS requirements were being fulfilled and all obligations in PWS were met.
