When I called him to let him know, he was just as ecstatic as I was and went even a step further; the evening before my interview, he shared some articles and videos with me in order to prepare for a successful interview; and for this for this, I am truly grateful, the interview went fantastic! It has been years since I felt that prepared and confident after interviewing, and although it might be a little while before I find out if I selected or not, I owe all of this to Benjamin! He truly believes in wanting people to be successful and to find someone like this in this competitive world is a true blessing. I now know the steps to making my resume look more recruitable to hiring managers, especially within the federal government, but most importantly, being prepared for the interview.
