I undertook the extracurricular role of a PAL (Peer Assisted Learner) Leader in my second year of studying at Bournemouth University, developing invaluable professional skills that I now apply in my day to day role.My responsibilities involved facilitating and assisting the learning of 20 first year students, organising a weekly seminar with my group to reinforce their understanding of their studies.
