• Lead Mechanical Project Engineer, for Bi-Fuel Truck Project. Designed, developed, fabricated, and tested CCC’s prototype truck concept to successfully substitute Compressed Natural Gas into the intake of a diesel engine on a commercial truck. Project included the management of technicians, electrical engineers, and software engineers to implement complex propriety designs to optimize substitution rate. System included the integration of CCC’s patented Gas Valve-1, Flow Meter 50, and Gas Substitution Interface. Project utilized software such as SolidWorks, OBDwiz, Valve Viewer, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. Obtained Class A Drivers Permit.• Mechanical Project Engineer, for Gas Substitution System (GSS). Developed, fabricated, and tested CCC’s patented system to substitute gaseous fuel for diesel fuel in traditional diesel engines. Project included field testing, research, and data collection on Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit, and Isuzu engines. Project utilized software such as SolidWorks, Valve Viewer, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. • Lead Mechanical Project Engineer, for research, design, development and fabrication of the corporations high pressure air system consisting of three Ingersoll Rand 1000psi air compressors, two 240gal air receivers, one 240gal air accumulator, one Zeks air dryer, one oily water separator, and over 200feet of piping. • Designed and developed the CCC’s high pressure test bench to support the precision calibration and testing of AGV10, AGV50, and AGV100 fuel control valves. • Designed and built products for Natural Gas engine fuel control, air fuel ratio control, and gas engine air fuel mixing. Utilizing software such as SolidWorks, Valve Viewer, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.

• Performed Mechanical Engineering operations in collaboration with senior mechanical design engineers to include slewing boat davit and deck crane. • Evaluated and implemented engineering tools such as AutoCAD, and Tribon software to support design modification efforts to T-AKE class ships hydraulic power systems.

-Guided missile cruiser CG70, Engineer/Technician (2002-2005):• Trained and supervised 10 technicians as Leading Petty Officer of Engineering Auxiliaries division, ensuring completion of scheduled maintenance, timely resolution of equipment repairs, and coordination of equipment logistics.• Planned and managed over 900 planned quarterly maintenance checks for all engineering auxiliary equipment resulting in zero discrepancies during assessment.• Maintained proper operation of four 200-ton York air conditioning units, including the entire ships cooling water system, ensuring the uninterrupted flow of cooling water to vital Combat Systems equipment in support of Ballistic Missile Defense flight test missions. -Guided Missile Destroyer DDG54, Engineer/Technician (2005-2007):• Managed Engineering Auxiliaries work center as the Leading Petty Officer, containing over 1000 pieces of equipment, earning an overall accomplishment rate of 98% during maintenance certification. • Supervised and trained 13 personnel in performing duties as engineering technicians; duties included repairing maintaining and operating ships vital auxiliary engineering equipment such as Air conditioning and refrigeration systems, chill water system, potable water system, high pressure air compressors, low pressure air compressors, reverse osmosis distilling plants, pumps, ships hydraulic steering system, diesel engines, and gauge calibration.• Leading operator of Main Engine Room#1, responsibilities included the operation of 2 General Electric LM2500 gas turbine engines to ensure proper start up, shut down, maintenance and emergency procedures. -Assault Craft Unit One, Small Craft Engineer (2007-2008):• Managed the command gauge calibration program, which consisted of 1100 critical gauges and safety switches, organized weekly calibration schedules for the technicians of 20 landing craft units.
