In addition to that below you will find some additional responsibilities. - Spearhead strategic planning with sales team to determine partnership, sales channel, industry associations, and other effort to help further relationships and grow for our interconnect solutions portfolio- Direct end-to-end operations of our Thailand manufacturing facility, overseeing production of high-performance AOCs, DACs, AECs, and ACCs- Lead a cross-functional team of engineering, production, quality control, and sales professionals to ensure delivery of cutting-edge interconnect solutions- Drive innovation and product development initiatives to meet evolving data center and computing infrastructure demands- Manage P&L responsibilities while implementing operational excellence programs to optimize efficiency and maintain competitive advantage in the ODM market"

Since this aquisition, I moved from overseeing the western US sales support for Fiberon to developing and supporting the active devices that SANWA manufactures.

Create demand and develop sales opportunities for fiber optic Interconnect, Advanced Passive, and High Speed Cables in eleven western states AK, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA, and WY.

-Met or exceed monthly sales targets set by National Sales Manager.-Promoted sales through regular contact with end-users, distributors, consultants and contractors.-Established new leads through cold calling and scheduled visits with new potential customers.-Assessed, clarified, and communicated customer needs on an on-going basis with operations team effectively to quote and develop new projects. -Coordinated meetings to assist in sales advancement and review.-Assisted developing marketing strategies and content for Youtube.- Created and ran all social media pages.

Guided and mentored 5,000 new students to the campus of UMass Amherst. The typical workday for this position involves lead parent and student tours of campus, served as an academic advisor to first year students, co-hosted and ran the logistics of Open-Mic, and marketing the university as a whole.

My primary responsibility is to oversee and monitor the $2.3 Million Student Activities Trust Fund. This fund services 21,000 students of the UMass Amherst undergraduate population. It provide services, information, materials, and more to over 250 Registered Student Organizations.

Design and launch a Copy Center, help with ongoing maintenance, and brainstorm solutions to be immediately implemented for improvement of the Center, which received a 97% satisfaction rate from users.Balance budgets and measure supplies held to create a cost-effective way to work with vendors and ensure timely delivery of supplies to 11 satellite sites and 20 staff workspaces, used in total by 730 people

One of the founders to start a new community service student organization dedicated to bettering the western Massachusetts community. Accomplished this by organizing events like a large scale can drive that resulted in 2,019 lbs donated to the Western Massachusetts Food Bank as well as sponsoring and organizing other events to benefit the Amherst Survival Center.
