Leadership is not a title or position. Leadership is doing everything you can to set others up for success and showing them their true potential. Understanding your teams motivation for coming to work each day and their lives outside of work - understanding they aren't just another number. Using my high level of EQ (Emotional Intelligence) I am able to leverage mine and others feelings and emotions to check in and challenge them to be the best version of themself. For the last 10 years I have been a trainer and supervisor in different fields. I am always working to enhance my leadsership skills and as a servant leader I am always putting others first. Leadership is an ecosystem that requires multiple parties to co-exist and develop healthy relationships. I was recently laid off after 7 years and I am excited to find my next step in my career.
