I operate as the lead intelligence analyst covering a range of public safety and national security subjects. I regularly develop and present intelligence briefs to a diverse customer basis regularly consisting of 70 plus senior level managers, agency executives, policy makers, and other practitioners within the intelligence community representing over 50 local, state, federal, and private sector organizations. I provide an array of analytical support functions including prepared written threat/risk/vulnerability assessments, key findings, and recommendations based on emerging threat trends, time-sensitive information, and customer needs. These products are in many cases used in conjuncture with predicative analytics to provide more complete and accurate strategic level intelligence to our customers to inform their operations and improve their tactics. Through the Fusion Center Network I have developed and cultivated mutually beneficial relationships with a variety of stakeholder groups. These include entities such as the FBI, DHS Intelligence and Analysis and Homeland Security Investigations, ICE, US Coast, Ohio Army National Guard, Ohio Air National Guard, and private firms. Such networking has not only proven itself as a force multiplier by allowing calibrated leveraging of resources, but has also allowed me to foster valuable information sharing both horizontally and vertically throughout these networks. Operate as a program administrator/manager with the infrastructure protection unit for Ohio's Division of Homeland Security. Subject matter focuses included: nuclear power, banking institutions/financial systems, electrical grid, information technology, and the defense industrial base. Functioned as the program developer/manager for an Ohio critical infrastructure (CI) program. The program was designed to counter adverse effects of criminal activities against critical infrastructure throughout the region and to provide enhanced tools for law enforcement and the criminal justice system to identify, charge, and prosecute those convicted of impacting CI.Facilitated strategic planning and communication efforts to develop and manage a statewide law enforcement working group as well as coordinate outreach to develop and maintain private sector partnerships throughout Ohio's various sectors of critical infrastructure. Drafted policy language for the state program that detailed regulatory processes and provided mechanisms for law enforcement and the state to enforce these regulations. Represented the Department of Public Safety as the Subject Matter Expert during Ohio Senate Hearings. Conducted threat/vulnerability/risk assessments of critical infrastructure nodes in Ohio and prioritized intelligence gaps for the consideration of public/private sector working groups.

The GLHC is a consortium of Security/Military entities and their private-sector affiliates that represent the eight states surrounding the Great Lakes Region. In conjuncture with our Canadian partners this organization identifies critical infrastructure and key resources throughout the region and prioritizes resource allocation to aid in response and recovery as well as create protective measures to prevent attacks and limit damage.

Participated in The Ohio Underground Damage Prevention Coalition (OUDPC). This consortium is comprised of industry practitioners and interested parties who actively engaged in the legislative arena to draft pragmatic and forward thinking policy language concerning underground utility facilities in Ohio. The OUDPC's goal is to communicate with state legislators to increase the productivity, efficiency and understating of such issues in Ohio to ensure the decision makers possess the appropriate information pertaining to this vital component of U.S. infrastructure.
