I regularly develop and present intelligence briefs to a diverse customer basis regularly consisting of 70 plus senior level managers, agency executives, policy makers, and other practitioners within the intelligence community representing over 50 local, state, federal, and private sector organizations. I provide an array of analytical support functions including prepared written threat/risk/vulnerability assessments, key findings, and recommendations based on emerging threat trends, time-sensitive information, and customer needs. These products are in many cases used in conjuncture with predicative analytics to provide more complete and accurate strategic level intelligence to our customers to inform their operations and improve their tactics. Through the Fusion Center Network I have developed and cultivated mutually beneficial relationships with a variety of stakeholder groups. These include entities such as the FBI, DHS Intelligence and Analysis and Homeland Security Investigations, ICE, US Coast, Ohio Army National Guard, Ohio Air National Guard, and private firms. Such networking has not only proven itself as a force multiplier by allowing calibrated leveraging of resources, but has also allowed me to foster valuable information sharing both horizontally and vertically throughout these networks. I have developed goal-oriented and innovative strategic plans and policies to guide state initiatives, analytical processes, and improve task management. I have facilitated strategic communication with a variety of constituents and partners throughout the intelligence community to enhance Ohio's ability to respond to, mitigate against and recover from man made and/or natural disasters.
