We have migrated entirely to the cloud, automated our testing and deployments, implemented autoscaling of our application stack, and created a data warehouse which provides the backbone for our companies growing BI team. We have also upped our quality of code through the introduction of integrated peer code reviews, standardized hacking training for all developers and more developed documentation and knowledge spaces.
