onPeak’s Director of Development’s (DOD) primary responsibility is managing our team of technical resources - developers, engineers, database and system administrators, etc. - who produce and support our portfolio of award winning software products. In close collaboration with the Director of Product development and Director of QA, the DOD guides the technical execution of our software, removes impediments and enables us to smash expectations.
