Quality Support Department :15 people + subcontracted activities- People management : Manage people performance, development and empowerment- Corrective management : Screen, track and ensure repetitive or critical issues eradications through our supplier management ( plants + procurement ) - Customers Loyalty : Ensure airlines satisfaction and confidence through full support during delivery phase, management of quality issues raised and pro-active feedback on achievements and progress- Enhance Change : Enhance initiatives to boost our competitiveness, simplify, and prepare the future

Production Line : 100 operators, 7 team leaders, 4 shifts incl. week-end shift, 25 machines- Performance management : deliver large parts on time & quality based on Lean tools & processes- People management : manage training & development needs, absenteeism, relations with unions - Strategy : integrate technological step change (High Speed Cutting Machines - Budget of 3,2M €), align technical & human resources, work on the 2018 vision

Maintenance Unit: 25 people- shop floor, methods and logistics- Negotiate with suppliers, functional works with the procurement teams- Performance Management : improve milling processes in accordance with the machining unit priorities- People Management :Daily Management of diverse teams

Forming Unit Deputy HO Scheduling- Organize and follow-up of the production schedule - Deliver the production schedule to the lines in accordance with capacity and priorities- Deploy MAKE or BUY strategy by outsourcing non-core parts

- Prepare , manage and follow-up the unit budgets and financial performance

- Management of predictive maintenance and specific works.
