Working closely with the Nesta Centre for Challenge Prizes to embed learning and to develop a pipeline of prizes to tackle difficult problems facing Essex residents.- Service Design and User Experience: Creator and lead on the Everymum digital peer support platform co-designed with service users and West Essex NHS teams. Brokering a strategic partnership with FutureGov and leading a multi-agency team on a design journey through; user research, prototype development, testing and stakeholder engagement. Researching and developing a compelling case for investment in innovation as part of the local authorities digital development programme. - Child Poverty: Led on a county wide, multi-agency approach to tackling Child Poverty in Essex with a focus on education, economy, housing and health risk factors. Planning and undertaking user research with residents and stakeholders, synthesising insights and developing a strategy in conjunction with Directors and Cabinet Members. - Early Years: Working alongside commissioners and NHS partners to research, design and implement the Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Service including development of the ethnographic research approach.
