As a Solutions Analyst at NRG Energy, I apply my web development and IT support skills to create and maintain innovative solutions for the company's energy management and sustainability initiatives. During my studies, I gained valuable experience as a Web Developer at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, where I created and maintained websites and web applications for various academic and administrative departments. I also worked as a Customer Service Representative and Support Specialist at Premiere Response, where I handled inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers, and provided technical support and troubleshooting for their products and services. I am passionate about web development and IT support, and I enjoy learning new technologies and skills that can help me deliver better solutions for my clients and users.
