Created a unique dataset with this budgetary information and compiled it into an Excel spreadsheet that highlighted public diplomacy spending by a host of methodological variables that I, along with my manager and coworker, created. Variables included monetary budget, purpose, line item, etc. This spreadsheet was used in part for the December 2022 "Inaugural Robert M. Gates Forum" for the Gates Global Policy Center. Contributed to the BRI Report that AidData published in the Fall of 2022 by researching an array of topics, such as 'Taiwan's sovereignty positioning and the Pacific Islands at-large,' where I located the most up-to-date information on the stance that Pacific Island nations are taking with their relationship to Taiwan's perceived sovereignty.
