• Key role in a first to market flagship service for the company• Contributing to department on target yearly revenue of 1.5m in FY18• Coaching and Motivating a total of 10 Stores to maximise lead generation and service sales• Organising store products genius sessions and events to maximise lead generation and service sales• Winning new business with local companies and customers whilst building lasting relationships• Conducting in home customer appointments• Creating professional B2C or B2B specific quotations• Working with 3rd party installation partners to ensure best customer experience possible• Average NPS score of 10/10• Working towards agreed sales targets and costs• Conversion rate of 50%• Managing and organising work load and diary• Company car and fuel card• Driving up to 200 miles a day• Creative sales reporting to track personal progress, success and sales growth• Generating creative training material for online coaching platform Fuse to drive lead generation and service sales in stores

•Drive and deliver key KPI's•Coaching and one to one sessions to drive people development•Helping to organise workforce rotas and arranging overtime•Running and promoting store events to drive customers in to the store•B2B sales with various companies around the local area•Using social media to create interest in our business•Return to work meetings with employees following absence•Interacting and selling Maplin’s products to customers•Leading the sales team and general running of the store•Helping to Review CV’s for any available positions

•Managing customer’s policies and dealing with queries•Providing support for technical issues customers may have with their handset•Returning handsets for customers that have issues we cannot fix on the phone•Quality checking handsets to confirm faults•Maintaining quality standards at the repair centres•Managing workloads from spread sheets when completing outbound calls to customers

•Logging claims for customers who have lost or damaged their device•Updating details for customers on a daily basis•Dealing with general queries about customer’s policies•Sticking to the QA guide lines in order to provide the best customer service possible

•Organising quotes for customers, calculating costs and ordering specific materials needed for jobs•Calculating the time needed to complete each job and ensuring our work load was managed efficiently•Handling a variety of customer queries either over the phone or on a face to face basis•Completing daily construction tasks efficiently and within timescales•Managing a small team and motivating them to get the task in hand completed quickly and efficiently•Building good business relationships with our customers to maintain the success of the business and customer loyalty
