Networking Solutions, Senior Presales Engineer
Current• Meet with new and existing clients in person and electronically to listen and comprehend their business needs and pain points• Develop and propose technical solutions to meet and exceed clients expectations• Prepare and deliver product and solution presentations to clients• Educate clients and sales team on product offerings• Provide product demonstrations to clients• Review client hardware configurations to accurately scope proposed solutions• Research and validate technical specifications for proper development of client solutions• Create product Bill of Material (BoM) documents to support client projects• Scope out and develop professional services and Statement of Work (SoW) estimates to support client projects• Create Visio diagrams to document technical details of client solutions• Help maintain overall relationships with clients by assisting with technical research, technical support and general customer questions and needs• Attend vendor and industry events in person and electronically to understand current product offerings and industry trends• Stay current with emerging technologies relevant to customer base
