CurrentAs a Field Organizer for Rachel Khanna’s campaign, I was responsible for driving grassroots efforts to engage and mobilize voters. My key responsibilities included: • Volunteer Recruitment & Management: Recruited, trained, and coordinated a team of volunteers to execute door-to-door canvassing, phone banking, and community outreach initiatives. • Community Engagement: Built relationships with local community leaders, hosted events, and conducted voter registration drives to increase campaign visibility and support. • Data Management & Analysis: Utilized campaign software to track voter outreach efforts, analyze engagement metrics, and adjust strategies based on real-time data to optimize voter contact and turnout. • Event Coordination: Organized campaign rallies, town halls, and meet-and-greets to create opportunities for direct voter interaction with the candidate. • Voter Outreach: Spearheaded targeted canvassing operations, phone calls, and text banking initiatives to educate voters on key campaign issues and encourage voter participation. • Issue Advocacy: Engaged with constituents to discuss the campaign’s stance on critical issues, ensuring alignment with community concerns and priorities.Through this role, I developed strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, all while working in a fast-paced and dynamic political environment.
