Plant consist of 87 associates and 30 million in sales annually.• P&L responsibility and budget construction beginning year and mid year,• Perform twice monthly financial situation analysis and construct action plans to adhere to financial metrics.• Responsible for monthly metrics and action planning for Safety/EHS, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, and Material/ Logistics.• Drive continous improvement activity. Operational Excellence, Cost reductions, Quality Circles, 5S, and value stream mapping.Highlights:• Reduced cost and improved overall profit margin. • Reduced scrap through successful MRB practices and procedures.• Improved overall associate morale. Responsible for the Quality Assurance department for a large scale manufacturing plants specializing in fluid delivery systems for the Japanese auto industry.
