If it's not in Salesforce it hasn't happened! Not the most conventional of opening lines but its a fact (and its an expression I say all the time)I've been working at Reach PLC since September 2007 (former trading names including Trinity Mirror South, Local World, Northcliffe Media and Trinity Mirror) and most of my tenure has been as a Telesales Account Manager working out of offices in Ferndown, Stalbridge, Yeovil and Plymouth whilst delivering advertising solutions that provide an excellent ROIPart of being an account manager is being competent with any CRM system - at no point should an account or lead leave a diary, I can guarantee if we aren't talking, our competitors sure will beI joined the Training and Capability team in October 2020 and my job now involves passing on my CRM experiences and knowhow to new starters coming into the regional business but also ensuring that more experienced reps use Salesforce to a high standard and supporting the regional managers and directors via reports and dashboards to identify behaviours or trends that may indicate some additional training needs.My DNA? Kindness, Gratitude, Teamwork, Honesty and Humor - I enjoy the job, I enjoy the people I work with and every day is different - Training, Content Creation, Coaching, Report Building, 1-2-1's, Group Sessions, Virtual and Face-to-Face.The most important thing to summarise?
