Capitol Welders was sold to PDI and I continued my role as before. Processing the paper tickets the drivers went out with and managing cylinder assets as they came and went from the plant. However, I was also pivotal in the migration of our Capitol Welders customer database to PDI's JDE customer database.

Checked and processed the daily tickets to convert them to invoices and bill the customer. At the same time, I made sure that the cylinder being shipped and returned from customers were accurate and that those transactions were accurately captured by our delivery drivers. Those captured transactions were processed in a program called AcuTrax. So if a customer called with a cylinder balance discrepancy, I could check to see what assets we showed at their site.

Attended to immediate IT issues that arose in the office and worked with the warehouse manager to clean up and manage the stock in the warehouse and in the inventory management program.

Working for ITS as a student, we were responsible for maintaining the computers in the student labs, ensuring that they were working regularly. During the summer, we would also deploy new lab images with application and core OS updates.
