For the past 12 years, I have been looking at intelligence issues like some would view a jigsaw puzzle. I have been building and mentoring teams that manage information and intelligence resources, and working independently on special projects, reporting the data to senior leaders that reach the highest levels of government. My Naval career has given me tremendous satisfaction in solving complex problems while helping the next generation reach their potential. My role has been to guide teams and advise leaders to make timely/relevant decisions. My supervisors and colleagues will tell you that I like looking at data sets of information and giving them insight into the possibilities of its impact on our military mission.I'm leaving the Navy because I'm a single parent who wants to provide my teenage son a home without future deployments. My goal is to work with diverse teams and team leaders in a hands-on and management capacity to help an organization achieve highest results.
