I was tasked with promoting the Queen of the Lakes Tournament to potential and official sponsors, spoke with over 35+ businesses and restaurants to provide promotional ideas and community support. I recruited, registered, scheduled and managed 95 volleyball teams. Also worked with the Chamber of Commerce to market event through posters, email and Facebook ads. Along with a team, I managed event operations including tournament pricing, set-up/take-down and bracket.
