Current• Assist Hight Net Worth (HNW) clients with a wide range of financial inquiries, from identifying and resolving complex financial situations to providing client account maintenance support• Lead initiative to promote best practices for the HNW department by creating a Stand Work on Process Confirm Team Huddles to enable the highest quality of client call interactions• Demonstrate adaptability in transitioning roles, initially merging Onboarding with Change of Ownership, and later being selected to pioneer a new department focused on serving the needs of HNW clients through a combination of both functions• Efficiently allocate time across competing priorities, ensuring timely completion of key tasks for clients, colleagues, and the department as a whole• Set client expectations by maintaining clear and consistent communication, delivering on commitments, and resolving issues in a timely manner
