I started HeritageContent.com to create innovative digital content for museums and cultural institutions. HeritageContent.com aims to bring the past to the present by creating content that engages and inspires audiences through a digital first approach.

I work to create digital outputs that engage the wider community with research being conducted at the University of Birmingham.

I work within the Pharma and Healthcare Product Portfolio which consists of leading products - such as Citeline, Pharmaprojects, Biomedtracker, Pink Sheet and Scrip - focused on providing insight and intelligence to the health care industry.my primary focus is our API and data delivery product offerings. I'm responsible for developing and managing the our API product roadmap, researching and validating market requirements and ensuring our API products meet our ongoing customer needs.

Informa is a leading business intelligence, academic publishing, knowledge and events business, operating within the Knowledge and Information Economy.Selected as one of six graduates to be part of the prestigious Informa Graduate Fellowship Programme, which involves working on a diverse range of global projects across all five divisions of Informa (global events, business intelligence, academic publishing, knowledge and networking and global support) on a rotational basis.

While at e-days I worked as a SaaS (software as a Service) Consultant.e-days in the leading the leading global absence management software. In this role I focused on consulting with companies around the globe from small independent firms to large corporate companies, on their absence management process. I strived to introduce processes that both reduce administration time and unplanned absences, to help organisations increase employee wellbeing and productivity.My responsibilities included; Identifying potential companies that could benefit from using e-days, delivering online screenshare demonstrations of the software to prospective clients both remotely and face to face. Completing the sales processes and acting as account manager throughout the system implementation.

Roles and responsibilities: writing monthly client reports on website performance using Google Analytics. Performing search engine optimization (SEO) research and implementation on client websites. Identify and review client needs and writing project proposals to for online marketing services to meet the required needs. Setting up and managing Pay Per Click (PPC) accounts and campaigns for clients. Reviewing and improve the effectiveness these campaigns based on continued monitoring and assessment. Roles and responsibilities: Throughout my time at Sixth Form and University I worked on a weekly one-to-one basis with a young adult with sever autism. My role was to help improve self confidence and encourage effective communication and social skills.
