Business Analyst working as part of the implementation team for a Dynamics 365 based Project Management system for BAM’s UK & Ireland Projects.

A Project Controls function, responsible for aiding the strategic development of a PMO function within BAM Nuttall’s Highways Division. Developing reporting and analytic processes of project performance variables, for both my current construction framework and for the wider highways division, against client led deliverables across a number of functions via Microsoft Power BI.Systems specialist for a number of tools and software programs for a multi-faceted team, with the aim of creating a fully digital, paperless working environment. Helped to manage the implementation of new reporting software for BAM Nuttall’s highways division.Implementing, managing and maintaining Microsoft Environments, such as Teams and SharePoint. Responsible for the provision of training to employees in office 365 programs with the aim of improving knowledge sharing and enhanced working productivity within my current construction framework.Most recently named as finalist for the BAM Nuttall Digital Construction Awards 2020 - Individual Category.

Working Part time alongside my University studies in the Transport office at J Hayward & Sons' Walsall depot. Part of my role includes coordinating drivers with regards to container collections and deliveries, dealing with client queries and administrative work to help with an effective operation.

Worked a dual role during my University placement year at the Pentalver Group, Cannock site as a Business Analyst and HSSE Coordinator. I became responsible for implementing business improvement plans for the site’s busy Container Terminal, dealing with Terminal Budgets, Profit and Loss, as well as maintaining and creating new supplier contracts to ensure competitive purchasing.

Assisted with operations and recovery effort of systems and processes following company-wide cyber attack. Based in Birmingham's intermodal office.
