Responsible for overseeing the Charter Support Staff at our National Operations Center and working with the Charter Sales Executives in growing the Company's Wholesale Charter Revenue and Brand Awareness in the Wholesale Market. Works closely with the Vice President of Revenue Management and Fleet Optimization team to achieve Gross Profit Goals for each Jet Linx Base location around the country. Manage the team that handles all logistical aspects of Wholesale Charter flights and responsible for the development, training and process improvement for the Charter Support Staff.

Serve as point of contact for wholesale relations, handling any and all service issues/concerns. Research and target wholesale community to create, build and manage relationships. Actively promote and sell fleet generated One-Ways and base & transient availability. Handle all aspects of charter flights. Assist in recovering any Member/Charter/Owner mechanical issues. Respond to any pop-up/ASAP flights in a timely manner with efficiency and effectiveness. Assign JLA Member flights - optimize schedule between Member and Charter flights while maintaining margin and efficiency goals. Work with Membership team on a daily basis to ensure appropriate hours are on the fleet and that appropriate trade-offs are being made regarding outsourcing vs. flying aircraft within the fleet. Work with Client Service team to provide options, solutions and the highest level of customer service. Assist in identifying monthly, quarterly and annual department goals. Research, collect, analyze and interpret industry trends both nationally and within local markets to ensure the brand is being marketed and considered. Build charter business within local retail markets. Visit wholesale community and arrange site visits when necessary. Maintain solid understanding of local and national trends. Share in the on-call rotation as needed and on designated nights/holidays. Other related duties as assigned.
