In the D&A division of Slalom Consulting Australia (Sydney), my role as a Data Consultant, is to provide enterprise expertise in delivering cloud-based data solutions to several industries across Australia with industry-led tools from our industry leaders AWS, Microsoft and Tableau to deliver solutions that either empowers a clent's strategic priorities or offers them data capabilities they have not yet explored.With an arson of experience and certifications in data visualization platforms, data transformation and Data Governmance tools I am equipped to provide a full-circle data solution to our clients.

Key role was to maintain and produce operational reporting to internal and external stakeholders.Additional key duties was to extract and analyse data to answer questions, provide data extracts for client requests and produce new reporting requirements in Tableau to facilitate strategic initiatives.Tools used for data visualization and analysis was Tableau and Excel.Tools used for data extraction, transformation and manipulation through SSMS using SQL along with SSIS for multiple data source-merge automations.Python had also been used to load, transform and merge multiple formats of MS Excel workbooks of raw data into a singular centralized database in SQL Server.Statistical tools such as R Studio had been used to perform Simple Linear regression as part of the data analysis process in accordance with some strategic initiatives.

Key role was to perform insurance pricing quotations using an MS Excel-based pricing engine for our BDM teams and external stakeholders.Additional key duties was to analyse offshore resource task workflow performance and facilitate ongoing training to improve human resource performance.Analysis of task workflow performance was initiated by raw data extraction from a web-based workflow system to an MS Excel spreadsheet to which then was plugged into MS Power BI in order to produce a model to categorize key areas of strengths and weaknesses to help target areas for improvement to assist the training program to which I designed as a process improvement initiative.

Key role was to provide phone-based customer service to the BDM teams and external stakeholders to assist with the progress of insurance applications and claims by providing a progress update and engaging with other departments of the business to answer questions and resolve issues and concerns.Additional key duties was to design and maintain the team's distribution mailbox where incoming email communications from the BDM teams and external stakeholders also took place - whereby assisting with the fair distribution of tasks among the team.Other duties also included off the phone floor walking, which is a role in which a staff member of experience can help other team members and call centre staff whom are new starters and current staff with complex queries and escalations.
