Finance, Technology, Human Resources, Legal and Risk Management •Analyze the current technology infrastructure and scope out the next level of information technology and financial systems that support the growth of specific programs and the organization overall. •Supervise the delivery of accounting and treasury functions including monthly financial statement reporting.•Effectively communicate financial results, forecasts, and budgets to the Board and organization leadership team.•Develop, monitor, and assist in generating capital and operations budgets. •Ensure adequate working capital for the organization with an enhanced focus on multi-year projection budgeting.•Direct activities to ensure adequate safekeeping of assets/records; manage relationships with insurance and risk management providers.•Establish and maintain systems and controls, which verify the integrity of all systems, processes, and data, and enhance the Organization’s value.•Develops information technology strategic direction and provides leadership in analyzing available solutions to accomplish business requirements.•Provides organizational support activities in the evaluation, development, and implementation of operational internal controls to ensure data integrity, completeness, and timeliness.•Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.•Oversee and manage the use of third-party legal services.•Oversight of all leases and related equipment. including the organizations Risk Management controls, and assure all contractual limits are satisfactory•Cultivate the values of NDP within the organization.
