The Devils River Conservancy is a 501 c(3) non-profit that works to protect and preserve one of the last pristine rivers in Texas, the Devils River. As an Administrative Assistant, I am tasked with a wide variety of responsibilities. I manage the Devils River Database, which houses a massive collection of scientific and cultural research focusing on the Devils River and its Watershed. I maintain Governmental Relations, which became especially important with the recent 87th Texas Legislature's 2021 session. I acquire funding for the non-profit, primarily via grant-writing, and manage the Donor and DRC Membership database. I operate and engage the DRC's social media communications using personally-designed multimedia.

As a bartender at two different Torchy's Tacos locations, I orchestrated a fast-paced and technically demanding environment. I prepared various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as making sure my patrons left with a positive experience. I developed and maintained relationships with the clientele that kept them coming back.
