I was initially employed to work on a pre-migration project to re-brand ING to Onepath, setting security policies and ensuring they were up to IBM standards before IBM began supporting them.

Additionally I supported end user workstations.

Originally employed by TSG to migrate the many various Novell NDS trees into a single NDS structure allowing administrators to use their one account to centrally manage all locations rather than authenticating to every tree individually. This also enabled sharing of network resources, applications and printers.• Migrated 35 Novell trees and servers into one tree with no down time for the end user, freeing up server hardware and reducing the complexity for file sharing and login processes for 4000+ end users. • Virtualized 15+ servers into a VMware 3.0 environment using P2V and Platespin freeing up server hardware, reducing TCO, and to allow centralized management and fault tolerant design.• Installed an inventory management and control system including 8 handheld PDA barcode scanners, inventory tracking server and web based client database search and entry tools.• Deployed a password management system, allowing users to manage their own passwords to reduce the strain on the helpdesk.• Installed a web based timesheet system allowing management of personnel resources.
