CurrentCreative Thought Leadership• Lead the creative briefing process for all launch and campaign kick-offs• Craft meaningful and strategic brand stories biennially in the form of brand presentations• Create a compelling visual language that can used across every brand touch point, based on the brand stories and objectives. Touchpoints include;o marketing campaigns & advertisingo corporate showroomso partner showroomso catalogso digital media• Evaluate trends, assess data, and travel in order to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest design/marketing/production techniques, products, materials, and market trends • Learn how business, product design & creative direction intersects to help guide the creative process Sales & Marketing Liaison• Serve as a liaison between the marketing and creative team• Ensure that the brand standards are maintained throughout the life of a brand story, by organic and planned communications with the Marketing and Production Teams• Operate as the overall Brand Steward, solving any brand inconsistencies internally or externally that can either damage the brand and/or confuse consumers• Supplement efforts of inside marketing team to help external sales agents understand the creative angle of each product assortmentProduct Design & Development • Inspire, support and encourage the Design Team through constructive feedback and frequent planned design reviews/communications• Ensure that the Design Team is delivering consistently on-brand creative• Contribute to launches in the form of product design
