With access to a range of investment specialists, markets desk opportunities, estate planning advisers and a suite of banking products designed for Private Clients, I am a trusted adviser and partner to my clients.As a longstanding member of the NAB Private client management team, I have looked after clients in various industries, specialisations and geographies. In addition to this, I have worked alongside the leadership team to deliver projects, policy and process changes and roll out new systems and programs with the end goal of improving the client and banker experience.

Worked to develop and implement initiatives to support the Consumer Lending needs of our Customers across NAB Business & Private Bank.This included data analysis, preparation of reporting and recommendations to senior levels of management and then implementing strategies and plans to bring those recommendations to life. During my time in the role we were able to deliver policy change to simplify the process for customers and frontline bankers, as well as process improvements which led to a sharp drop in the time to decision. These made huge improvements to the business, resulting in outstanding growth and improvements in ROE in broadly flat market conditions.

Seconded into the role of Business Operations Manager supporting the nabbusiness Queensland leadership team. This support included the management and monitoring of various risk metrics, compliance reporting and data analytics.

Starting as a Private Client Associate in march of 2012, I quickly learned and mastered the essence of Private Banking and relationship management. In this role I was able to support and partner with various relationship managers to deliver an exceptional client experience and also build my own brand. I was responsible for the overall compliance, financial reporting and writing of complex credit and lending submissions across various portfolio's of clients. I also led the broader team of my associate colleagues through a number of policy framework changes, ongoing training and mentoring and led monthly education and development sessions. In addition to this, I assisted the state leadership team with employee engagement and reporting across the state focusing on compliance and credit risk.
