My ride at Aspect Personnel started in 2010 to launch the Architecture & Design recruitment desk. Although there were challenges, the result is I now lead a fantastic team covering the Melbourne design market!Having been in the recruitment game for 20 years, beginning in medical recruitment, I’ve developed a real passion for finding solutions for the people and organisations that I work with. My objective is to go into every meeting with a solutions mind-set and deriving outcomes so everyone is happy!I’ve also got a strong interest for data and numbers and interpreting them with my knowledge and insight of the architecture industry. This is one of the reasons I have a truly vested interest in Aspect’s PACE survey and have lead the architecture round table events for the last 5 years.However, I’m definitely more in my natural element when I’m having honest conversations over a cup of coffee.Outside the office, I’m ‘keen’ footy player and enjoy to zoning out by whipping up a culinary delight in the kitchen. These days, I’m also inclined to chasing holidays in the sun – 2 chairs, one umbrella and watching my two boys have fun in the pool.
