As well as securing external access to applications and SAAS applications with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) that is robust and easy to use.

Responsible for applying ITIL best practices in order to create a global shared services company comprised of multiple WPP subsidiaries, under the Kantar Group, which proved instrumental in increasing ROI and client service levels. Installed 100 site Sprint MPLS with Quality Of Service (QOS) and Cisco VOIP telephones saving $1.2 million by using network for long distance calls and centralizing PSTN connectivity. Additionally, implemented 250 Checkpoint firewalls to replace Cisco PIX centralizing management and freeing up 24 FTE’s for more strategic projects.

Served as Lead Architect/Enterprise Administrator over Active Director (AD), Citrix servers, AD domain controllers, and SQL that included managing a global replacement of Symantec Anti-Virus with Sophos, Cisco CSA, and Bit9 for application Whitelisting. Replaced Cisco Catalyst 6500 switches and implement Cisco 10g Nexus 7K/5K/2K switches to improve throughput and backup performance. This reduced recovery time objective (RTO) by 75% and recovery point objectives (RPO) to 15 minutes. Played a key role in collapsing 3 regional AD domains (NA/Europe/Asia) to a single global domain to reduce complexity of permissions and speed up login times and group policy processing for travelling employees.
