Retirement Planning Pension Transfers Prepare Portfolio ValuationsEnsure all research documented for compliance purposes.

My role includesd managing numerous vacancies concurrently, researching the requirements of each role given to me, resourcing quality candidates via various methods (social media, job boards, networking, internal databases, adverts) and subsequently conducting telephone and face to face interviews with the candidates to ascertain suitability. In addition client and account management is a vital part of this role. Interacting with clients includes obtaining feedback on candidates, arranging interviews, negotiating rates, negotiating salaries, dealing with contract issues, taking up references, dealing with data protection and confidentiality agreements.
