IFRS17 end-to-end implementation for Zurich Australia and OnePath Life. As a IFRS17 Project Actuary, I am responsible of the following:• Defining the process and system requirements in model specifications files and in detailed documentations.• Mapping of the different portfolios to reflect the IFRS 17 segmentation of contracts.• Modelling IFRS 17 prophet model changes to ensure that the projected cash flows are accurately following the standards.• Testing the model developments to see if the changes made are behaving as intended.• Participating in the group testing phases to replicate the future BAU processes (Light/Full Parallel runs, User Acceptance Testing)• Interpreting the financial results by making financial impact assessments (reconciliation IFRS4 versus IFRS17) as well as using my IFRS17 knowledge to interpret the cashflows movements.• Reviewing the quality of the results as well as the methodology of my colleagues work.• Training new employees and other teams (Valuation, Finance and Pricing).
