Create the mapping of the daily routine of our employees/supervisors. Focus on creating the tools for measuring the performance of the department and its employees. Managing daily briefings to employees. Interviewing/Recruiting of new employees. Directly supervising a team of 20 employees. Special mandate with Group Indigo.
