  Objectif de la fonction goals :Ensure and is responsible of the assembly and fitting of IBA machines and/ or R&D machines and test benches (accelerators and subsystems) on the basis of plans, nomenclatures, instructions from R&D engineers and following quality norms in the workshop or on customer site.Missions principales Assembly and fit the IBA equipment Fitting at optimal level of quality, within expected production deadline, according to plans, nomenclatures and possible instructions from R&D engineers. Recording of all design issues, Proposal of solutions respecting time cost and quality Improvement on work processes and tools are proposed Share know-how and knowledge’s with colleaguesInstall IBA equipment at Customer site (if required) System installed for the satisfaction of the customer following quality, safety norms within expected production and project deadline, according to plans or instructions from R&D engineers Autonomy is developed by finding local solutions on site Reports are completed on time Share know-how and knowledge’s with colleagues.Maintain equipment and work space (5S) Routine procedures documented and implemented, participation to 5S improvementApply safety instructions Individual protection equipment Zero incident All safety issues are directly reported to managers Safety procedures are applied (electrical consignment, radioprotection, …)Ensure admin follow-up Timesheets are recorded into system, Visa justification, expenses notes are completed on time, … Training plan is scheduled and realized (Radioprotection, crane, …)Interface for R&D projects Participation to new design reviews, detection in advance of manufacturing issues, suggestion of solutions, support of R&D activities during tests, design and manufacture useful tools…
