Started in 2014 in our basement as a side passion to sell hand crafted Belgian chocolates locally and online, BE Chocolat opened its Atelier store and production in January 2021. Several awards, corporate events, and thousands of customers later, BE Chocolat expanded its footprint and operations, opened a second store, and employs a 20+ person-strong team.

Scaled Experience-Based Acceleration (EBA) as a global methodology and measured the impact using hard consumption acceleration metrics. Massively scaled Training, Product and Geo resources through AWS programs, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Partners across verticals, globally.

Built a business case to invest in two cross-functional units (EU-US) to identify obstacles to cloud adoption and test repeatable acceleration patterns (further than contractual agreements) for large, global organizations. It became the origination of Experience-Based Acceleration (EBA).

Built NewsCorp's first AWS Global Account Team (US-UK-AU), accelerating the transformation of news consumption to digital - further than the initially stated $100M datacenter savings - setting the foundation for strategic cross-silos business partnerships.

I tailored HP's Flexible Capacity (FC) program for Global Accounts, worldwide. That included coaching for HP's regional FC SWAT teams and Global Accounts leaders, and presenting at HP EBC's. Externally, I worked with customers CFO, CMO and CIO and contributed to the Joint Initiative with Accenture to promote their APC.

Expanded GE EMEA-originated revenues from $ 46M to $ 72M around 3 large transformational initiatives: GE Capital Nordics outsourcing, End-User support, and GE Healthcare Germany OEM setup. Created a talented account team across EMEA cultural diversity.
