Member of the Strategy team, including Program Management Office and Employee Communications Services, leading enterprise change and strategic programs, organizational employee communications strategy and accountability with a focus on change communications, aligning and supporting people leaders and connect employees with the Mint's business priorities.Key accomplishments:- Lead an agile, business focused employee communications team supporting the Mint's ambitious change agenda- Accelerated shared understanding and alignment of enterprise change agenda and shift in mindset by spearheading and introducing new and predictable corporate performance communications.- Enriched the Mint's people culture through strategic and design thinking, leading to fast adoption, high utilization of a new entreprise recognition practice, resulting in new positive and normalized behaviours.- Designed, aligned and implemented the Mint's first-ever comprehensive employee experience performance dashboard demonstrating outcomes and positive organizational impacts.
