Member Board Of Trustees

Technology Advisor & Chair, Technology Steering Group

London, England, United Kingdom

The Felix Project collects fresh, nutritious food that cannot be sold and then delivers this surplus food to charities and schools so they can provide healthy meals and help the most vulnerable in our society.I have been supporting The Felix Project's digital transformation working with the leadership team and a variety of stakeholders including charities, suppliers and volunteers. Working alongside the interim cio we developed a comprehensive technology roadmap & IT strategy designed to support The Felix Project's ambitious growth targets over the next three years. We have established a Technology Steering Group, which I am chairing, to support the board of trustees with strategy, innovation & IT governance in pursuit of our ambitious growth plans. Additionally, I have led the implementation of the first of our digital projects - to deploy a CRM system and automate the hundreds of collection & delivery routes undertaken by Felix volunteers every week. The solution was designed & developed with the generous support of Accenture and Avanade in under 8 weeks and provides real-time data regarding the food rescued and delivered by The Felix Project daily.
