• Manage ‘allocations’ on client’s accounts, using SAP, to prevent the overselling of UK medicines’ to ensure availability of products to patients and help prevent exporting/stock piling of life saving drugs
• Maintained new methodology of managing the distribution of Roche medicines’ within the UK. Monthly analysis/ and reviews of product availability, wholesale stock coverage, actual sales against forecasted sales and.
• Handle complaints from retail pharmacists regarding the availability of Roche products in wholesale depots across the UK
• Designed and maintained reporting tool to measure the impact of direct to retail and emergency volume sold had on our business and where geographically the demand was being driven from. This allowed Roche to increase.

• Develop effective advertising methods based on statistical analysis, in order to attract the right demographic of candidate, whilst managing a strict budget
• Contact potential candidates and pre screen the candidate with a series of both closed and open questions, whilst also ascertaining vital data such as salary expectation, availability etc
• Arrange and conduct candidate meetings, interviews and preparation sessions
• Using in-house databases, effectively code registered candidates for job short-listing
• Canvas potential clients, ascertaining personnel information such as decision makers names, staff size, departments and recruitment status
