I'm an IT professional with over two decades of hands-on experience. I first became interested in computers at age 7, when I took my first computer apart and put it back together again. The following year, I taught my class how to use DOS and Windows. At age 18, I completed my first major project, migrating an airline from Novell to Windows Active Directory. I am currently employed as the Global IT Infrastructure Manager at Cold Jet, where I oversee a team of engineers and architects responsible for the company's IT infrastructure. My diverse background includes a wide range of skills, including networking, storage, systems administration, security, and telephony. This diverse background gives me great perspective on IT problems and leads to my greatest strengths which are my vision, outside the box thinking, and problem solving abilities.
