Lead a team in providing advice and guidance to the Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff, G1, the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Manpower and Reserve Affairs, and to the Director, TBAI on IT issues and investments in support of the Army's strategic goals, mission, interrelated strategies, and other human resource initiatives supporting manpower, personnel, and reserve affairs across the Army. Provide management oversight of the Human Resource Management (HRM) Domain and the G1 sub-domain IT portfolio consisting of 255+ systems, entailing a $3.8B investment across the FYDP, to include Federal IT governance, portfolio management, and system certifications in compliance with Army and DoD standards. Support G1, OBT, and CIO/G6 Strategic Initiatives; leads, trains, and mentors a workforce of 14 personnel.

Chief of Staff for RDECOM; responsible for developing technologies to sustain our Nation’s Army as the world’s premier land force by rapidly integrating, maturing and providing emerging technology, in the shortest time, to our Soldiers. Provide leadership/oversight of 18,000 personnel (MIL/CIV/CTR) with an annual operating budget of $5.8B. Coordinate the execution of the Commander's intent, provide leadership for Deputy Chiefs of Staff for operations, strategic planning, resource management, human resources, information management, facilities, intelligence, and both special and personnel staff. Synchronize mission support of 7 Labs and RDECs, 38 members of the Senior Executive Service, and activities based in CONUS/OCONUS locations. Responsible for the management and efficient execution of critical initiatives, support services, and long-range strategic plans.

Serve as the Deputy Director of the US Army Materiel Systems Analysis Activity. Support the Director. Provide leadership to 6 Division Chiefs and management responsibility for a 700-person activity and the associated $100M budget. Ensure the viability and continued high quality contributions of the Army's materiel, logistics, and industrial systems analytic organization that supports Army decision making throughout the entire acquisition lifecycle. Coordinates with RDECOM, AMC, TRADOC, ATEC, HQDA, DoD, and other partners in shaping analytic support. Lead organizational efforts to support Current Operations and Army Transformation. Act as the Director in his absence.
