I work with clients to enable transformation, from crafting their strategy through to activating strategic initiatives.My main experience has been in: transformation and strategic change, organisation design, talent management, culture and behaviour change, leadership development, inclusion and diversity, change management, learning and development, training and digital adoption. I am a Consultant at Q5, who are an international award-winning consultancy specialising in organisational health. We help our clients develop their organisational strategy, design operating models, develop leaders, improve their organisational culture, and deliver organisational change at speed.I am a Teach First Ambassador, completing the Teach First leadership development programme in 2014. I was appointed the position of Deputy Head of Science in 2017 and remained teaching Biology, Chemistry & Physics to students aged 11-18 until 2018.
